Trainings
Welcome to the Training Division of E.G. Weiss & Associates, where decades of real-world experience are translated into practical, relevant, and immediately applicable instruction. This section of our site is dedicated to providing access to the training programs that define how we prepare professionals across multiple industries to think, respond, and perform at a higher level. Whether delivered in person or through our on-demand platforms, every course we offer is built on operational reality, not theory. Our approach is rooted in experience gained in the field, refined through years of instruction, and designed to meet the evolving challenges faced by today’s responders, investigators, healthcare professionals, and corporate leaders.
This training portal is currently under development and should be considered an active, evolving resource. New courses, disciplines, and delivery formats will be added regularly as we continue to expand our capabilities and respond to the needs of the industries we serve. As you explore this section, you will begin to see a growing catalog of programs spanning first responder operations, forensic and investigative sciences, healthcare preparedness, corporate security, threat analysis, and more.
Some of these trainings will be offered as in-person instruction, allowing for hands-on, scenario-driven learning, while others will be available as on-demand courses designed to provide flexible, accessible education without sacrificing depth or quality.
We believe training should do more than check a box. It should challenge assumptions, sharpen awareness, and improve decision-making under pressure. As this section grows, it will reflect that philosophy, delivering content that is direct, practical, and built for those who understand that preparation is not optional. It is essential.

This 90 minute training introduces first responders to the fundamentals of neurodivergence, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, Tourette syndrome, dyslexia, and other common conditions. Crime Scene Situational Awareness & Evidence Preservation for First Responders
This one-hour on-demand training equips EMS, fire, and law enforcement personnel with the knowledge and skills to recognize, preserve, and protect potential crime scenes. Students will learn the fundamentals of situational awareness, including Endsley’s three-level model, and apply it to real-world responses such as fires, accidents, suspicious deaths, robberies, and burglaries. Practical best practices are explored in detail, from PPE use (gloves, boot covers, masks) to photographing scenes, documenting responder presence, and preventing contamination of evidence such as cartridge casings, footprints, and DNA.
