Invisible Threats: Infectious Disease & Contamination Control for Law Enforcement

Law enforcement officers face dangers that go far beyond bullets and blades; the invisible threats of infectious disease and contamination can be just as deadly. This new training from E. G. Weiss & Associates and Trace Eye-D, launching in late September, equips officers with the knowledge and tools they need to protect themselves, their families, and their communities. Participants will learn to identify and mitigate infectious disease risks in the field, properly use PPE, and apply contamination control measures that prevent dangerous substances such as fentanyl from transferring to uniforms, equipment, vehicles, and even the home environment. Designed specifically for the realities of policing, this training combines practical instruction with real-world case studies to ensure every officer walks away prepared, protected, and empowered.
